Steps to Apply for the Program

  • 1. Fill out the application form.
  • 2. Attach the required documents and papers with the application.
  • 3. Pay the application fee and attach a copy of the deposit receipt (bank receipt or bank transfer) with the documents.
  • 4. Complete certified documents and papers upon final admission of the student.

Required Fees and Payment Method

  • A one-time application fee (20 JOD) for all applicants.
  • Fees can be paid directly to the Jordan Media Institute account at Bank al Etihad (Account No. 0180103929215101) in Jordanian Dinars, or (Account No. 0180203929220101) in US Dollars.
  • Fees can also be paid in cash at the Institute's headquarters to the Finance Department.
  • Alternatively, you can send the required fees via a bank wire transfer to the Institute's account.

Documents to be attached with the application

The applicant must attach the following documents when initially submitting the application:

  • Personal photo.
  • A copy of a certified graduation certificate (Bachelor's).
  • Bachelor's degree transcript.
  • High school transcript.
  • Proof of foreign language proficiency.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • A copy of personal identification (ID card for Jordanians or passport for non-Jordanians).
  • Financial receipt for the application fee.

Documents to be completed upon final admission

Upon final admission of the student, the following documents must be brought or completed:

  • Jordanian Certificates: A certified copy of the graduation certificate and Bachelor's transcript from the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
  • Non-Jordanian Certificates:
    • For Jordanians: In addition to point (1), an equivalency letter for the Bachelor's degree from the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education is required.
    • For non-Jordanians: In addition to point (1), a letter from the student's embassy stating that the university they graduated from is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in their country is required.
  • A certified copy of the high school transcript (or equivalent) certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education or its equivalent.
  • Proof of foreign language proficiency.
  • Two academic or professional recommendation letters.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • A certified copy of the ID card for Jordanian students.
  • A certified copy of the birth certificate for Jordanians.
  • A certified copy of the passport for non-Jordanians.
  • Four (4) personal photos.

Important Notes

  • The application is not considered complete until all announced admission conditions are met and the required documents are fully attached and certified properly. Otherwise, the Institute will exclude any incomplete application without the applicant having the right to a refund of any paid fees.
  • Accepting the application formally for review due to meeting all conditions does not constitute approval to admit the applicant to the program in any way. The acceptance of the application is solely for the Institute to review the possibility of admitting the applicant based on their performance in written and oral exams, fulfilling required conditions, and the Institute's decision.
  • In all cases, the Institute reserves the right to reject the application without stating the reasons.
  • Paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
